My primary focus was on restructuring the design workflow, identifying gaps, and introducing systems that supported faster, more consistent output. I worked closely with the team to align project goals with business needs, redesigned internal processes for smoother collaboration, and mentored 4 junior designers to raise output quality across the board.
From planning to delivery, my involvement helped streamline project execution and establish a solid foundation for future product updates and team growth.
