EasyStore

EasyStore is an e-commerce solution for the Joomla ecosystem, built to help businesses manage and grow online stores with ease. My work on EasyStore was focused on improving core features and making the shopping and store management experience more user-friendly and efficient.

WHAT I DID

One of my main contributions was refining the product variations system, which included designing flexible logic for size, color, and custom options. I also worked on enhancing the payment gateway setup flow, simplifying integrations for both local and global payment providers.

Throughout the project, I made incremental improvements to several existing features, polishing UI details, reducing friction in setup steps, and aligning user journeys with expected behaviors. Working closely with the dev, customer support, and marketing team. I provided prototypes and design specs to ensure clarity during implementation.

Impact

The updates led to a simpler and more reliable store-building experience, reducing confusion around variations and checkout. These improvements contributed to a more professional and trustworthy feel, making EasyStore more accessible to small business owners and non-technical users.
